The tell-tale heart by Edgar Allan Poe was a unique short story because
it leaves the reader with so many questions. My expectations before
reading the short story was for to just get a basic background of who
Edgar was as a author. The best part of the story to me was intensity
and curiosity the narrator leaves you with after reading it. The least
that I liked about the book was the transition of the two different
parts that the story was broken up into only because it was a bit
confusing for a first time reader. Most of my friends I would not
recommend the story to only because i know where their interest are in
books and this would not really be on their top three.
